Setup 1
In this setup a Stealth Series system was used as outdoor noise was an issue for this setup. The condensing unit sits on the outside wall then placing the sound deadned compressor box inside a room with the 15' lineset. From the compressor box there is a 40' lineset ran to the main area. In this setup the Air Handler has been placed on a bottom plenum raising the Air Handler 18" off the ground to allow warm return air to enter the bottom while the cool air is blown out the top and down a run of ducting.

Setup 2
If outdoor sound isn't an issue the XL Series is a great option. The Outdoor Condensing Unit is placed on the outside wall and 40' of pre-charged lines are ran between the Outdoor Condensing Unit and the Indoor Air Handler. The Air Handler is positioned vertically in the center of the room and is raised 18" off the ground to allow warm air to pass through the bottom and cool air to blow out the top and down the ducting.

Setup 4
If your looking to cool two rooms with one system the Dual Room Damper Package is a much more affordable way to achieve similar results to two independant systems. In this picture you see two rooms that both have supply (top) and return (bottom) ducting from the Air Handler into each room. The Dual Room Damper Package comes with top and bottom plenums as well as four motorized dampers and open and close on a 12 hour flip. On the first 12 hours room 1 with have both supply (top) and return (bottom) dampers open allowing the air to pass through the Air Handler, while Room 2 remains closed until the flip for the next 12 hours is made.
